Shipping Policy
1. Worldwide Shipping
    1.1  We obtain to rights to apply, change, and cancel Free Shipping on all orders. Please allow 3-7 business days to be dispatched from the date of purchase*. NAZAR & CO is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies nor processing times by the relevant customs authority.

    1.2. Custom Orders
    Custom orders can vary in production time and are dispatched as soon as they are made.

    1.3. All orders are carefully packed and are registered with Australia Post or other International Couriers. Upon dispatch, an email is sent with tracking details for the item(s).  A signature must be provided upon delivery, NAZAR & CO will not provide a refund or replacement for any order that has been scanned as delivered.

    1.5. NAZAR & CO does not operate on public holidays or outside of business days.

    Return Policy

    1. We are unable to accept returns for a refund on items for incorrect choice or change of mind.
      1. An exchange may be offered for change of mind*, provided the item is returned within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of delivery.
      1.2. The product must be returned in its original condition along with all original packaging.
      1.3. Customers are liable for return and delivery costs.
      1.4. In the occasion where a faulty or incorrect good is received, a pre-paid satchel will be provided to the customer to return as consumer statutory rights are not affected in relation to such items. 

     

    1. Items which cannot be returned:
      1. Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges on earrings are not accepted.
      2.2. There are no returns or exchanges under any condition for any customised orders.
      2.3 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
